[ FORMAT FOR CHAPTER TWO ]
Because of the diverse nature of the
projects attempted, there is no one format (list of
subheads) that can be used for every
project. Therefore, each project will have a
different look because of the differing
subjects being discussed.
Nonetheless, an example of what Chapter
2 might look like is shown below: This
hypothetical project is about improving
communication in the workplace through the use of
an Intranet System.

Reminders:
1] Using subheads helps the document
"flow" and aids the reader in the
transitions within the document.
2] Use APA IV style documentation for in-text referencing. Remember that literally everything in this chapter should be referenced to what others have said or done… you are providing the bridges for the material… not creating new material. Do not focus on YOUR project, only what others have said or done about similar problems or situations.
3] Do not use 1st person language (I, me, my, and mine)
4] On the Reference page, include ONLY those references you cited in the text.
