If your complete order is not in stock, would you prefer:

ship what we have now and ship the backorder as soon as it arrives
hold the order until everything is it stock and ship it all together

Shipping charges are based on actual freight charge of your shipping preference and a small handling fee.

Additional Instructions:

With a previously approved store account, we can quickly process your order and bill you at the first of the next month. You will then have 30 days in which to pay off the balance of your account. Personal accounts are limited to a $100 balance on the account, while credit limits for church accounts will be handled on an individual basis.

We also accept payment by Visa or MasterCard. To order by either of these credit cards, please phone in your order for protection of your account. Be sure to have your account numbers and expiration date ready as order is placed. Account numbers will need to be provided with each order as we do not maintain this information in our computer for your protection.

If you would like to establish a Store Account, just request a credit application. Complete form fully and return to the store for approval consideration.

Items may be shipped to you by your choice of U.S. mail, UPS or FedEx Ground. Every effort is made to ship your order the same day if placed before noon when all ordered items are in stock.
